Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

In these situations, Richardsons Sofa will cover the return shipping costs.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the damage.

Our team will review the claim and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • Up to 14 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
